Zoom is best when it comes to connecting with different conferencing equipment's and users can meet by way of a shared link that is sent by the host of the meeting via email. Once joined in a meeting participant can collaborate by screen sharing and file sharing options. However, recent security breaches have been witnessed since more and more people started using Zoom during the Corona virus pandemic.

Microsoft Teams is not just another app from Microsoft but rather an online collaboration tool that supports video conferencing, sharing files with internal users as well as guest users have become so much easier and Teams easily incorporates different Microsoft applications for ease of use. Teams also support Zoom add-in and this feature gave MS Teams a cutting edge over Zoom as "MS Teams users can use Zoom from within MS Teams".

Zoom was doing really good and was giving MS Teams a healthy competition, however, In my opinion, "Microsoft Teams is better than Zoom" due to the fact that MS Teams is much more reliable in terms of security and compliance whereas, recent Zoom security breach was shocking, coupled with the fact that several governments and organizations are taking steps towards banning its use.
