Sometimes an end user asks if it is possible to display the latest file uploaded, yet they don’t want to subscribe to it.

This is easy:

1. Create an announcements list which is email enabled.
2. Subscribe to a document list to with the email address to the announcements
3. Put the list on the homepage.
